Thomas Miedema brings a general contractor’s perspective to custom millwork. Originally from Chicago, he understands how cabinetry and architectural details need to look, function, and fit into the larger project.

As the owner of Pheago Millwork & Design, Thomas focuses on quality, clear communication, dependable timelines, and keeping projects moving forward. He works closely with Pheago’s team to turn each client’s vision into carefully crafted kitchens, cabinetry, and custom features.

Joe’s connection to woodworking began in high school wood tech class and grew into a 28-year career in carpentry and millwork.

As General Manager, he guides the shop team through production, bringing hands-on experience to the decisions that affect how projects are built, finished, and installed. His practical approach helps the team solve challenges, pay attention to details, and deliver quality millwork.

Samantha keeps the daily operations at Pheago organized and moving forward. As Office Manager, she coordinates priorities, keeps information in order, and makes sure the team has what it needs.

A former teacher, Samantha brings patience, clear communication, and careful planning to her role. Her organization and dependable follow-through help keep people informed, responsibilities clear, and projects on track. Her dedication and ability to bring order to the moving parts of the business make her an essential part of our team.
